Fermenting with Flavour

Jessica Shaver has been fermenting for as long as she can remember, and she wants you to do it too. In this hands-on class Jess will demystify this ancient craft and prove that it's easy, entirely un-scary, and most of all, really, really delicious. She'll take you all the way through Kraut 101 and all purpose brines, to tasting mature ferments and playing around with flavour combinations. She'll even get you started with a host of cooking and pairing suggestions. You'll leave not only with the skills to start turning your raw produce into even more delicious things, but also walk away with two jars of your own ferments to take home.
