If you would like to leave a bequest to EnviroHouse, please use the following wording in your will:
"I bequeath [a specific amount OR a percentage] of my estate to the Environment House Incorporated (ABN 74027748818) for its general purposes, and this bequest will be free from all duties. The receipt of this bequest by any authorised officer of the Environment House Incorporated shall form valid discharge to my executor."
It would be helpful if you let us know your intent to leave a bequest, so there can be no confusion.
